The North Elementary Garden Team is so grateful for the collaboration with the Iron County Home Builders Association. Braun Construction Inc. took the time to meet with us, and build a shed for the school garden located on the Northwest end of the school property. In addition to donating their time and supplies, Braun Construction worked with multiple local businesses, who were all willing to donate items to the project. Donors include; Cart-a-Crete Concrete, Fabral Metal Wall & Roof Systems, BMC Supply, and Sunroc Building Materials.
The garden space is small and will need to accommodate the needs of each grade level’s projects and activities. The garden needed something unique. Each grade level needed their own storage space within the shed to organize their supplies and tools. A shaded area was also important. Tom Braun and his team at Braun Construction Inc. were able to see our vision and our need and make it a reality. We are so grateful for the support of the Iron County Home Builders Association and all the local businesses that supported this project. The North Elementary Garden Team & all the budding gardeners thank you.
